The delivery is fine no issue there but…
The delivery is fine no issue there but the items were horrendous. They must have changed their manufacturer because the large shirts are like a tent but the length is that of a small/medium. You lean forward and your shirt is halfway up your back and sagging to your knee caps. Spent £120 on 4 tshirts and can honestly say I'm not using this company again after previously spending £400+ with them on items.

Lied about the conditioning of a return to charge more.
Charged extra for returns and lied saying there was marks on the top when it hadn't even been tried on.

Shady company. Be very careful.

Products are cheap quality, had a hat that shape went quickly.

Bought a yellow fishermans beanie after description described material as an itch free wool blend. It looks nice and all but I've had to stop wearing it as the material is so uncomfortable and scratchy. Really disappointed and money down the drain.

"Finicky" system
I ordered four t-shirts, and I paid with Paypal. They cancelled my order as they got a "red flag" in their system...

I tried a second time, paid with my bank card, and got the same result.

I have never had this problem before. I will avoid this company in the future.

Horrendously bad customer support
Horrendously bad customer support, only email and wating days to get and answer! Ordered two t shirts (nice cotton, cool design but bit odd cut) anyway I liked one and returned second one which was returned on 5th December 2022, still got no refund! They apparently have only one person to deal with customers. Be aware, order if you really want, otherwise be prepared for a battle if return. I should read reviews before ordering.

Absolutely terrible company to deal…
Absolutely terrible company to deal with , didn’t deliver the T-shirt along with other items we ordered for my birthday, told us it was delivered and it wasn’t .

The XL jumper was so small , when we requested a refund they told us to show proof that we didn’t shrink the item in the wash .

We posted a review on their website and they deleted it saying the information we provided was incorrect and false.

Two weeks still no refund or reply.

Ordered the mechanic jacket in Black still waiting
Ordered the mechanic jacket in Black, during their Black Friday Sale. I understand they may have been very busy during Black Friday and it would take a little longer to get to me, which is fine. Placed the order on the 25 Nov, it's now been THREE weeks and still no parcel. Tried the live chat, emailing them etc, always get the same automated robot responses. The parcel is most probably lost, it hasn't moved from the last scanned area since the 30th of Nov. Guess that's what you get when you decide to send your goods with Evri/Hermes. Poor service, it's a shame the products are so good too.

Good quality, awful delivery and customer service
I've ordered a couple of items from this shop in the past. Always hit and miss, the sizes feel like complete random, some things I'm a nice baggy fit with XL, others an XL is skin tight.

Delivery is ALWAYS VERY LATE, I'm currently working day 7 waiting for an order with a 2-3 day estimate. Tracking is saying the parcel is still in London and zero response from my contact to customer services.

Clothes are decent quality, which is expected from the premium price. If only they could delivery on the fundamental basics of how to run a clothing business.

I ordered an item of clothing which…
I ordered an item of clothing which didn't turn out to be right for me so I returned the item on the same day as I received it. I have tracked the item and it arrived a week ago and I've still had no acknowledgement or response from P&Co about my refund despite me emailing their customer service email numerous times. I'm appalled by the level of or lack of service from this company and would advise anybody not to purchase from them.

I sent a Tshirt back the day I received it after trying it on, about a month later I email to say I haven’t had a refund and the company had emailed me back to say that there was a makeup mark around the neckline and that they feel it had clearly been worn!!!! It HAD NOT!! I’ve had no photo evident proof, no emails since they received the top back to them, just a snotty email accusing me of trying to scam them or being a liar!! After I chased them to see what’s happening with my return?!! Apparently I have to pay £6 to get the Tshirt returned to me!! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Great shirt and T shirt.. until I washed the shirt at the recommended 30 degrees -(it's a brand new washing machine) the shirt is now child size .. £75 in the bin.. and i've messaged customer support 3 times to receive nothing more than automated response.. don't bother

i wouldn’t recommend this brand. i ordered a 28S pair of jeans for $100 and the measurements are off plus the jeans feel like the ones that sell for $50 at h&m. they are too long and i don’t feel like going through the hassle of shipping and returning them so i will keep them but i’m gonna have to roll them up everytime which was not what i was hoping for.

I seriously don’t understand all the bad reviews. My experience was 10/10!

Ordered a shirt that got delivered at a complete wrong adres. Incredibly annoying due to a bad Dutch carrier. And obviously, the folks living at the wrong adres “ never received anything “ even tho the Dutch carrier showed proof of receiving. A proper dick move.

I contacted P&CO and they were SO helpful and nice! Quick response and just the kindest people - thank you Beau! Received a new shirt today with no extra costs involved.

P&CO got themselves a new fan and I can’t wait to order more shirts!

Not only did they answer back 2 days later offering no solution, they made me wait and cancelled my order. In the meantime the product was out of stock.
